巴国油计划对旗下燃料经销公司进行IPO
中国石化新闻网讯 据道琼斯圣保罗8月7日消息，巴西国家石油公司董事会已授权公司寻求监管机构批准旗下燃料经销公司Petrobras Distribuidora首次公开募股（IPO）以减少债务和控制成本。
董事会批准是公司进行IPO的第一步。巴国油没有给出时间表或是募集资金的数量，因为这仍需要巴西证券交易委员会的批准。

Brazil's Petrobras Plans IPO of its Fuel Distribution Unit

SAO PAULO--The board of Brazil's state-run oil firm Petroleo Brasileiro SA, or Petrobras, authorized the company to seek regulatory approval for an initial public offering of shares of its fuel distribution unit Petrobras Distribuidora, in its effort to reduce debt and control costs.
The board approval is a first step toward an IPO. The company didn't give a timetable or amount to be raised from the potential operation, which still must be approved by the country's Securities and Exchange Commission, the CVM.
